Today, you'll hear from experts explaining what happened and the details relied on to secure a 60-vote majority in the Senate to pass the Continuing Resolution, which will end the shutdown. However, please note that the House must take action as soon as tomorrow to pass the bill and send it to President Trump's desk. These are not the only things in today's show. The Supreme Court took action yesterday on a severe case from Tennessee regarding same-sex marriage.

That would eliminate the need for 60 votes in the Senate to pass a bill. That would allow the 53 "yes" votes on the continuing resolution, which would let it pass and reopen the government immediately. Meanwhile, numerous evil and illegal actions have been exposed that reveal the militarization of the Biden Administration to attack Donald Trump and a massive number of conservatives in our government by whoever was running the Biden Administration. Sworn testimony and documents released prove there was a gigantic coordination among Biden officials to destroy Donald Trump!

The show begins today with the excellent details of the significant accomplishments of President Trump on his swing to Southeast Asia. He met with leaders in Malaysia, Japan, South Korea, and China. Several new agreements were signed with world leaders. Yes, the Schumer Shutdown remains a reality. The Senate voted for the 13th time NOT to accept the Continuing Resolution from the House of Representatives. Today, we discuss how this is impacting everyday Americans, government employees, and military members. They ALL are owed paychecks. They ALL "need" those paychecks! Among other topics, we went into detail about the controversy keeping Democrats from opening the government -- ObamaCare -- and we detail -- with "facts" -- why ObamaCare doesn't work and how it never would work in the form it was crafted.

The storm is booming, just as other major hurricanes have. Hurricane Melissa has blasted Jamaica and now Cuba. And it's still not finished. 200 mph winds, lots of rain, and flooding are the things she's leaving when she finishes her attacks. Democrat Party leaders are shaking in their boots. The "Schumer Shutdown" has. Reached around and is biting them in their asses! One of the largest labor unions has come out against the shutdown and is demanding an end to it. The President continues his trip through Asia. He's visited Malaysia, Japan, and South Korea. He's meeting with China's leader tomorrow. There are outstanding achievements already from these meetings. A strange and unusual thing has happened. A federal judge has ordered a Border Patrol leader in Chicago to meet with her daily and give the judge an update on that day's immigration enforcement work!

We open the door today with a plethora of details regarding the status of getting our government open. Finally, it appears that Democrats, though not admitting it, are entirely to blame for "keeping" the government shut. Many details of that fact are part of today's show. You'll hear House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries tie himself into knots when answering an interviewer's questions about the issue. Though the interviewer was a Democrat, she panned Jeffries by NOT accepting his "Democrat mantra" on the matter. She made him respond. We discussed at length the reasons our government is so torn and what must happen for the American people to get it back to the condition in which it is supposed to remain permanently.

The war continues! Democrat Senators refuse to agree to the Continuing Resolution (that they demanded from the GOP and got from Republicans) to open the government immediately. SNAP payments for the most innocent and needy in our country will NOT happen next week if Senators don't accept the spending plan they demanded! Sen. Corry Booker (D-NJ) ignored facts and publicly demanded that the GOP give Dems the $1.5 trillion they want to use for anything they desire to spend it on! We wade into the shocking story of massive gambling fraud perpetrated by mob families in New York and players and coaches in the NBA! The actions taken that were discovered by the FBI include cheating in casino games, betting on NBA ball games and others. Leftist media pundits are foaming at the mouth about Trump's renovation at the White House to build a ballroom that costs at least $200 million. Though White House renovations have occurred dozens of times under numerous previous presidents, the Media have used the upgrades in this administration to blame Trump for wasting time and money -- even though outside parties, including the President himself, are paying the entire cost!

You'll hear details that prove who the funders of "No Kings" are and the organization that is utilizing millions of dollars from the very billionaires that Democrats are saying are doing the "good" things to help the Democrat Party's bidding. A tree stand used for hunting was discovered by the Secret Service at the Palm Beach, Florida, airport, concealed among some trees. Suspiciously, the tree stand -- which was pointed toward the spot where Air Force One lands and takes off when President Trump is there -- has been dismantled and is being laboratory tested to find out any details that might identify who the user is. The Supreme Court is back in session and held oral arguments yesterday about the possible creation of a gerrymandered federal district in Louisiana. Justice Brown took the lead, confronting the attorney speaking for the state of Louisiana. It gets pretty contentious! Senate Majority Leader Thune threw a hardball at Democrats who still deny opening the Congress for work. He threatens to bring a full year budget bill to the Senate floor for votes. Democrats are crying because of what that would do to them if such a vote happens: they'd have to vote and approve it which would force reopening of the government! Ever wonder what the differences are between socialism, fascism, and communism? Wonder no more! We have an expert on the show with us that defines those differences and explains exactly what they each are for.

Many folks are petrified to learn that the slaughter of several people in a public place happened in Gaza yesterday, and four people were shot and killed by the IDF yesterday in unrelated incidents. Both incidents occurred because of people making decisions outside the peace agreement. The people shot by the IDF were Hamas radical dissidents who were angry about the peace agreement. Don't fret! The peace agreement still stands. However, Part II is next, which will be for Hamas to disarm itself. The allegation that Cartels have put bounties on DHS officers is true. They have offered different bounties for different acts of violence against these offers, the highest of which is $50,000 for killing a ICE officer! Obamacare is squarely in the bullseye of the GOP. The massive costs to continue the subsidies for ACA premiums during the COVID pandemic will lapse at the end of this year. Although arguments continue over the potential cost to taxpayers if they are extended, the exact amount remains uncertain. But we're talking about hundreds of millions of dollars. The GOP did NOT have it in the original Continuing Resolution -- which was the intent of those who founded it under Obama -- however, Democrats are using that as "the" demand for them to open the Gov't.

It shouldn't shock us to learn that some Hamas rebels got angry at the announcement of the peace deal between Israel and Hamas leaders. A small group actually executed a group of men in public—the second part of the peace agreement calls for Hamas to lay down its weapons. We discuss the ramifications of that in today's show. "Former" political leaders are quietly stepping into the light to congratulate Trump for the peace deal. We'll let you know about several of those. Steve Baker joins us in hour #2.
