Last September, Artie T. Demoulas, the former CEO of New England grocery chain Market Basket, was ousted from the company. Following the firing, the company’s board filed a lawsuit to uphold its decision to which Artie countersued. Artie’s firing stemmed from a claimed resistance to board oversight, failure to include his three sisters and their families from business decisions and for planning an alleged work stoppage.
