Over the last couple of days, Elon Musk and President Trump have begun a brutal public feud. Rick Wilson of The Lincoln Project had some very insightful comments last night while recapping the exchanges of insults and threats. He still has contacts in the White House who tell him that Trump world is scrambling to try and get ahead of Musk’s attacks. Eighty-one years ago today, American troops stormed the beaches of Normandy on D-Day. Another unanimous decision allows for workers to more easily sue for “reverse discrimination,” where they feel they have been denied employment or promotion due to not being a minority. In a new article from Channel 3000, the Wisconsin DMV warns us of an increasing number of phishing scams. Scam artists pretend to be DMV officials and reach out to citizens asking for personal information. Remember, government agencies will not send you messages asking for money or personal information. If you get one of these messages, contact your local DMV at their official number for more information. Here in Wisconsin, we find all kinds of creative ways to celebrate food and beer, and not all of them have to be strictly unhealthy. As of this broadcast, even after Demetric Scott confessed, Kristi Noem’s post slamming Morales Reyes is still up. One of his latest articles highlights Wisconsin’s tremendous decline in childhood vaccination rate. Over the past 30 years, the number of Wisconsin parents electing not to vaccinate their children has grown four times larger, endangering the “herd immunity” of children. This is likely due at least in part to increasing vaccine skepticism fueled by figures like Robert F. Today, we share a video she posted on social media the next day, doubling down on her callousness and insulting the intelligence of her constituents. This is truly shameful behavior from a United States senator. After a quick tribute to a few of our colleagues new and old, Todd moves to some of the most important news of the day. According to Dan Bice at the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, over 130 retired judges are urging the court system to drop their case against Milwaukee Judge Dugan. The Trump administration is further meddling in Wisconsin affairs, identifying Shawano County as a “sanctuary county” for immigrants. This has no basis in reality. Shawano County is, however, a self-identified sanctuary county for second amendment gun rights. It is very likely that Trump’s team used AI to find any county or city that mentioned the word “sanctuary” without actually looking into the specifics.
