Francisco Lindor and Juan Soto got things started with singles, and it Alonso along with Mark Vientos that plated the runs to tie the game. A golden chance in the 9th for New York, saw them load up the bases but were unable to get the winning run across. The 10th saw a defensive miscue from Brett Baty give the Guardians back the lead and then a sac-fly added on the insurance run.
