“Sinag” is a Tagalog word meaning “Ray of Light,” and can signify hope, enlightenment, guidance, and positivity. From the rays of light seen on the Philippines flag, to Saskatchewan’s “Land of Living Skies,” CFCR is proud to bring Sinag to the airwaves, every Saturday from 9-10am. Tune in to hear music from the Philippines that will resonate with the Filipino diaspora in Saskatoon. Old songs and new for everyone to relate to. Filipino artists, along with Filipino-Canadian, and other Filipino artists from around the world will be featured, as well as information about cultural events that would interest Filipino listeners.
