We received the following message via Facebook: “Hi, it’s Danielle Goff aka Mrs Claus. I decorated Christmas for the RideJHB and for the festive season I was forced to remove all the decorations yesterday. Please can you help — our bylaws are stupid.” Danielle says she has been doing this on Moray Drive, Bryanston, for 25 years. She also tells us that she had a permit from City Parks to put up the decorations — a permit which was later revoked.
