In this half-hour special ahead of his funeral service, we discuss the life of President Nelson. The battle over Utah's congressional maps saw a major turning point yesterday as Map C was chosen by lawmakers to be submitted to a Utah judge for approval. Senator Brady Brammer proposed a partisan test to be applied to maps going forward. Greg and guest host Dave Cawley discussed this bill and what the goal behind this legislation is.

In the Utah Legislature's special session yesterday, they passed a bill which will allow the Utah Division of Forestry, Fire and State Lands to raise the berm in the lake to 4,192 feet if deemed necessary. We bring on the Deputy Director of the Division of Forestry, Fire, and Lands Ben Stireman to discuss why they are looking to raise the berm and the details around this decision.

October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month. Greg and Dave Cawley speak on their experiences with Domestic Violence in their careers. Governor Spencer Cox is officially calling the Utah Legislature into a special session. It will be held on Monday, starting at 9:00 a.m. In a press release, the Governor's office says the legislature will address several matters of state business...including choosing a new congressional map for the state's redistricting effort.
