Kilmar Abrego Garcia returned to U.S. to face charges from Tennessee traffic stop

Kilmar Abrego Garcia is back in the United States. He was wrongly deported to a prison in El Salvador in March when the president invoked the wartime Alien Enemies Act. A grand jury in Tennessee indicted him on charges related to a traffic stop in 2022.
